In true Hollywood fashion, the fabled red carpet—or at least a very small remnant of which—was thrown out onto a sidewalk in Westwood, CA, for the west coast premiere of The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia at the Los Angeles Film Festival. Westwood, in case you don’t know, is a district of Los Angeles where all the UCLA-types are quarantined (and with good reason, as evidenced by the contents of a local pub we descended upon later that night), but that had no adverse effect upon the good ole time being had over at the Majestic Crest theater. A full video expose is coming just around yon bend, but for now here is an “as the crow flies” look at who was who in photos from the night to whet and familiarize your whistle.

Jackassworld entertainment reporter Greg “Wolfie” Wolf poses with Katie Doering, a co-producer/assistant editor on The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia who cannot tell the difference between a Trader Joe’s frozen chicken enchilada and a Trader Joe’s frozen vegan black bean/tofu enchilada. Don’t trust her taste buds, they’re wack.

Big-time Hollywood celebrity John C. Reilly towers hard over The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia director Julien Nitzberg.

Throw out your milk cartons and call off the search! Seth has been found and lo and behold it was right next to Ben Daughtrey, editor on The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia.

The film’s composer Deke Dickerson was on hand to entertain the crowd as everyone waited for the stars to make their grand entrance. Good thing, too, because Mamie and Jesco had stopped off at the bar with Johnny Knoxville beforehand and barely made the scheduled showtime.

One big ass happy production family (from L to R): Mamie White, Rebecca Yeldham, Julien Nitzberg, Storm Taylor, Jesco White, and Johnny Knoxville. Shortly after this photo, Deke Dickerson moved his live tunes onto the carpet and Jesco kicked down an extra-special red carpet dance.

Sign Of The Fox singer and Hollywood bartending legend Handsome Jack took a moment out of his night to talk with jackassworld correspondent Wolfie.

In case you required proof that all these contests we run on jackassworld are not total bullshit, here stands Johnny Knoxville with our first giveaway ticket winner Nina. Don’t ask me what happened with those other winners, though, because: a) we couldn’t find them; or b) they were too intimidated to approach Wolfie and Rick Kosick.

All-purpose production gun Lauren Graham posts up with the one and only Mamie White.
