You may not see his name flung much about the site (not unless it’s Seth hijacking his computer for a random topic posting about “eating poo”), but make no mistake: Derek Freda is the backbone of jackassworld. Were it not for his stellar percentage in the batter’s box there is a very good chance we wouldn’t even be doing what we are today—much less employed for that matter. However, as the man behind the curtain, Derek is oftentimes an unsung hero. I think he prefers it that way, but every so often we do find a way to show our appreciation for all he’s done … kinda like this inspired day with Dimitry. Happy birthday, Derek!
