Sean Cliver, the man, the myth, the legend turns 40 today. He’s written the majority of the posts here on jackassworld.com, so if you don’t know who he is you are definitely not with the program.

In lieu of our typical birthday montage, we present a playlist of the best of Sean Cliver from jackass, the 24 hour takeover and jackassworld originals. Leading it off is a video of Cliver in his birthday suit, raking leaves behind Johnny Knoxville.

What insights can I give about Sean Cliver as he nears his 40th year?

He recently designed a sweet Halloween themed skateboard for some bougie (sic) gallery in NY and didn’t tell us about it. And, I actually would have bought one. So, the moral of the story is, we really don’t know what Cliver does outside of these walls. He’s an enigma wrapped in a puzzle.

I know that he’s a closet Lost fan, and that he likes vegan cakes and espresso beans.  He loves routine, and he doesn’t favor the office air conditioning. He also likes the guy from Guided With Voices (or so I think due to the un-hung poster that has been in his office for 15 months). Oh yeah, and he loves Morrissey. Especially when intoxicated.

Happy Birthday, Sean. Perhaps in another two years I can provide some more insight.
