Johnny Knoxville is one of the Executive Producers on Nitro Circus, a position that is usually well behind the scenes and far from the camera, but the basis of the show being what it is—stunts, stunts, and more stunts—that would be like trying to keep the kid out of a candy factory on par with Willy Wonka’s (Gene Wilder’s version, mind you). Anyway, almost a year ago to the day we’re posting this now, Knoxville first met Travis Pastrana in Oklahoma while shooting the Evel Knievel tribute special for the jackassworld 24-hour takeover of MTV. Of course he just couldn’t sit there on the sidelines watching everyone else have fun, so Johnny asked Travis to give him some pointers on how to do a backflip on a motorbike—none of which he really took to heart. Hell, if anything he took them straight to the dick.

Flash forward to the present and Knoxville is still self-cathetering himself to prevent any scar tissue from building up in his once-broken urethra. (Or so he tells us, that is, because some have suspicions that he now just simply enjoys sticking the tube up his penis.) So in this behind-the-scenes clip, Knoxville pulled Travis aside during a break between Nitro Circus shoots out at some random ranch in some random canyon to share the joy of his catheter. Honestly, I don’t believe any man in the history of the medical world has ever had so much fun with something that is supposed to be so not fun.
