music video – “emily paints,” by the deadly syndrome

I sure feel drunk. [Ed. note: Crash was ordered to write this shortly after waking up from a beauty nap here at the office following the holiday party the night before.] Oh, and here’s a new video for “Emily Paints” from The Ortolan. As you can see we combed our hair and dressed up a bit. We’d like to thank our good friends Don and John for directing it.

We wrote this song on a weird organ that was temporarily housed at jackassworld after we realized none of us wanted it anymore and that it was annoying to move around so much. “Emily Paints” was incorrectly listed as “Emily Pants” on iTunes and some of our early CDs, which has led to some confusion in the worlds of music and religion. We decided to stick with the theme of “pants” for the video, which is why we’re all wearing sweaters.

So here we are, having a great time just like we always do (well not always do, but almost always do).
