Whenever Thursday rolls around, Wolfie inevitably steps into my office and asks me what video from the days of jackass past I’d like to spotlight on the “blog” (blech… I hate that fucking word with every nerve and corpuscle of my corporeal body). Generally I’ll draw a complete blank at first, but a few clips generally float to the surface of my shit memory after a few minutes of staring off into space (bear in mind there’s well over 200 odd jackass videos currently in our online archive and, quite frankly, I’m alarmed at how many times I abuse these parenthetical asides). Some of these “insta-favorites” of mine include many of the random Raab Himself vignettes, mainly because I felt they really represented the harmlessly absurd essence of jackass. The suburban state of domestic existence is about as drab as it can fucking get, so I can only imagine how jarring these scenes of Raab could be to the middle class eye—many of which, I’m sure, did not recall seeing his bare ass listed as a roadside sight on their homogeneous road map to the American Dream.
