Okay, so after all that “unseen” and “semi-unseen” bullshit, we’ve had to go and create a whole new category for these old jackass segments that once were lost but now are found. This is the stuff that for whatever reason never made it onto any of the DVDs specific to the jackass television series. Some of this material was deemed to be of a “questionable” nature (obviously by people other than us); other stuff was wholly innocuous, but might have involved music-licensing issues or was just plain forgotten about in the shuffling and reordering of episodes. Today’s selection with Steve-O and his crawdad-filled polyethylene underwear comes from a stopover made in Louisiana during his cross-country move to Los Angeles in 2001. In treatment form it was originally entitled “Crawdad Underpants,” which, I thought, had a particularly nice ludicrous ring to it, but somehow wound up as “Crawfish Diaper” in the field. So it goes.
