If you struggled through the night with us on the jackassworld 24-hour takeover of MTV, then you may well have seen this high-speed mural air somewhere in the twilight zone of Hour 11. However, even if you did, what you didn’t see was the painterly junk of Jeff Tremaine’s that was obscured beneath a big gay blur.

If you didn’t see any of this, never heard of the 24-hour thing, and don’t know what the bloody fuck I’m talking about, then here is a little back story to bring you up to speed. While in New York City for the weekend’s televised meltdown of the network, Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine decided to do a little redecorating work in Van Toffler’s executive office (he’s the President of MTV and Producer of Pootie Tang). Kind of a “show of thanks” for all the times Van has put his job on the line in the name of jackass. So they enlisted the artistic talents of “Sexy Seth” and Celena to do a wall-size mural of the two in a romantic football setting. The style is, of course, uniquely Seth, yet vaguely reminiscent of Ed Templeton, Chris Reed, and Tom of Finland—if say the three styles of art were running a train on one another.

Van was, as you would guess, extremely grateful. Perhaps even more so because his back faces the painting and he doesn’t have to stare at the bare butts, balls, and mugs of Dickhouse all damn day.
