jackass unseen – putt putt

For seven long years now we’ve been trying to find a way to release this bit where Johnny Knoxville visits a mini-golf course and treats it like a full-scale driving range. “Putt Putt,” as it was formally titled, was filmed way back in 2001 for the second or third season of the jackass television show but wound up getting hung out to dry on an extreme technicality and never made it to air (we briefly considered revisiting the concept on one of the movies, but the first time went so damn well it seemed almost sacrilegious to try and recreate the moment).

“Putt Putt” languished through the years beside many other unseen classics, like the original hotel room “Vomelet,” “Bammy Poppins,” and “Box Down Stairs,” but was kicked to the curb once more when these other red-headed orphans were finally given a home on the unrated DVD re-release of jackass the movie in 2006.

But here we are now, camped out on the final frontier of the Internet, and “Putt Putt” finally has its day in the sun. Hope it was worth the wait.
