Towards the middle of season 3 on the jackass television series, MTV started shredding episodes left and right from seasons 1 and 2 due to the presence of certain undesirable elements. The resultant holes in these shows were then patched and filled by cannibalizing other segments from episodes deemed beyond the scope of repair. Amid the swath of this wayward scythe, some segments, like “Bed Wetter,” simply disappeared from the retarded face of jackass altogether.

What’s most interesting about the cut presented here is that it can now be seen as it was originally intended prior to the meddling hands of standards. You see, soon after Johnny Knoxville exited the mattress store, he face-masked one of the cameramen in the van with his pee-soaked shorts. Now this was no ordinary cameraman. This was Brown Rob, a man with a very, very short fuse on a very, very hot temper.

Following a borderline jovial exchange of blows with Knoxville, Rob went back into the store to soap his face off—a process made all the more excruciating with Dimitry filming and heckling him the whole time. Meanwhile, Bam Margera had the presence of mind to get out of the van and urinate all over Rob’s unattended seat. Upon his return to the van, Rob may have noticed this curious stain upon his seat but the incessant needling from Dimitry had already taken him well out of the mental game. In fact, it was only after Bam showed him a playback of the footage that he realized exactly what he was sitting in and why his pants now felt so oddly damp.

Fortunately for everyone involved, Rob had long since checked out of reality and wished himself into the nearest available cornfield where he could peacefully hate on his lot in life and the dicks that had just pissed all over it. If he hadn’t, there surely would’ve been a catastrophic road incident and the abrupt cancellation of a TV show.
