As hinted at earlier in the night…or is that day? Well, whatever it was, the gauntlet was thrown down for Rick Kosick and Jeff Tremaine to go head-to-head in a dizzy boxing match. Tremaine managed to dodge most every attempt at instigating a match—up until this hour, that is, when Knoxville bum rushed the show and got it on. Now you have to understand that Kosick and Tremaine have been working together since 1992, which means they’ve been arguing and fighting for what, 16 years now? Damn they’re old. But Tremaine has bested Kosick in most all physical confrontations between the two and he even broke Rick’s glasses on at least two instances. So as you can guess, Kosick’s got more than a lot of pent up revenge roiling underneath that little tummy of his and he was 100 percent amped (I would’ve used “AMPD,” but I think someone—Shannon—botched our big marketing deal, ahem) for this showdown to go down. And go down it did. Round and round, in fact. Three fast and furious ones that came out in Kosick’s favor when all the errant punches were said, done and thrown. Way to go Rick!
